The wall-mounted units in most Gold Coast homes. The casing is dismantled to properly access and deep clean the filters, blower fan, evaporator coil, drain pan, drain line and full casing. Plus outdoor condensers and dehumidifiers.

Ducted Maintenance Clean: maintenance cleaning of accessible filters and vents to remove built-up dust and debris, along with a visual inspection of accessible components.

Exhaust & ceiling fans
Bathroom and toilet exhaust fans cleaned to remove built-up dust and debris from the cover and accessible fan area, helping keep the extraction path clear.

Carpet cleaning
